They also talk about the stigma around psychedelics and why the medical community has been slow to take up their use in treating mental health disorders. Tommy is a qualified nutritionist and exercise scientist. He has a bachelor of Sports Science from Deakin University, is currently undertaking a Master of Neuroscience and managing multiple podcasts including Mind Body Plants and Mind Medicine.
